Local Experience, Applied Objectively

Our team has worked in Georgia for over thirteen years across a wide range of construction-related activities, including renovation of historic and century-old buildings, heritage properties,  and also black and green frame renovations, as well as new construction projects developed from the ground up. Experience also includes landscaping works and construction projects carried out across multiple regions of the country.

In parallel with construction activity, the team has been directly involved in the purchase and sale of residential properties, agricultural and non-agricultural land, and mixed-use developments, both for private individuals and professional projects. This combination of hands-on construction and market experience provides the practical basis to identify potential risks, assess build quality, and recognize opportunities in line with a client’s specific objectives.

About us

Leadership & Technical Background

The service is led by Alejandro Palomar, who has worked as a Project Manager and overseen maintenance and supply operations for a network of more than fifty retail locations. He has also developed one of Georgia’s early rural boutique hotels in a remote area, managing the project from initial planning through construction and operation.

This work included implementation of sustainable construction practices, site landscaping, water and sewage systems, electrical and plumbing installations, insulation strategies, and passive design principles. Additional experience includes management of multiple construction and renovation projects in Tbilisi, as well as assisting individuals in identifying suitable apartments, houses, and land based on technical feasibility and intended use.
